Where Do We Deliver?

Jaipuri Clothing currently delivers only within India. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Information

Logistics Partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, Professional Couriers and India Post.

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 3–10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges: We offer free delivery across India.

Orders placed from Monday to Saturday are generally processed on the same or following business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed within the next two business days, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If the outer packaging appears tampered with, torn, crushed, opened or otherwise damaged, please refuse the delivery. Mention the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip presented by the delivery executive.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order.

• As orders are generally processed and shipped within 4–6 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

• To request a cancellation, email us at support@jaipuriclothing.com with your order number and registered contact details.

• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Cancellation requests submitted more than 6 hours after placing the order may not be accepted.

• The customer agrees to accept the final decision made by Jaipuri Clothing regarding an order cancellation.
